Much like the Democratic primary, my little motorcycle poll has dragged on long enough. Thanks to those (special few) who voted. Now it is time for unity. By the way, I now understand why people keep agitating for paper receipts in e-voting -- the first poll doohickey I installed here malfunctioned and refused to register any more votes. So, I just took it down, threw away those votes, and tried again. Anyway...some of the votes have been counted, and the results are in! Safety, mass transit, and the environment won out over fun and "I would get one if I was allowed" (the leading reason selected by the pro-motos).
Don't worry - there was a consolation prize. Check out the (old, sad, rusty) "classic" bike Aaron just purchased and is now souping up with parts worth more than the bike (i.e. $10+).
The bell is my favorite part. When you ring it, the handlebars fall off.
